I have received the following information from Tecnicil this morning that confirms the current status of the construction for Phase 1 which includes Block L, Block A1 and Block M1, this can also be seen in the images below.

  1. Concrete Structure - 100% completed
  2. Block walls - 100% completed
  3. Plastering and tiling - 85% completed
  4. Interior wooden works - 80% completed
  5. Exterior aluminum windows - 85% completed
  6. Water & sewage system - 85% completed
  7. Electrical system - 80% completed
