These are the documents you'll generally need to take out a loan or mortgage.
- Personal particulars
Your Passport or other official ID.
- Economic particulars
- If an Employee
Your last pay slips or an employer´s certificate of your annual income. Tax returns
- If self-employed
Your annual tax return and annual accounts certified by an official accountant.
- If retired or have independent means
Your latest annual certificate stating the total pension you've received, annual income ta return, if possible, and the statement of your investment portfolio for the last year.
- Declaration of assets and liabilities
- Documentation on the property
Title deed, simple note from the Property Registry, or in lieu thereof the location of the property, and the signed bill of sale
