Esmeralda Beach is a new development where construction has started. Based on the Island of Sal, which boasts the most advanced infra-structure of any of the 10 islands that make up the Cape Verde chain, the development enjoys a privileged position directly adjacent to the magnificent Punta Preta Beach in Santa Maria and the five star Riu Hotel.

Santa Maria is only a 10 minute taxi ride from Sal's international airport and it's 8km of unspoilt white sandy, beaches are recognised as the best on the island.

This incredible development, which comprises of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as stunning detached villas, front-line to the beach, are nestled within an exclusive headland in the south of the island alongside the fabulous new RIU 5 star Hotel that has not had an empty bed since opening!

Apartments

Stunning 1 and 2 bedroom apartments being constructed now to the highest quality with a total of 300 units, as this is a front-line complex all blocks are low rise to conform to Cape Verde regulations. They are spread over 4 blocks surrounding large lagoon style pools and communal gardens. Each block also has in it's centre tennis, volleyball or similar.

Villas

The 28 luxury detached villas are front-line onto the beach and enjoy the highest of specifications including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. marble floors and a private swimming pool. There are only a few of the villas still available.

Completion of Esmeralda Beach is scheduled for October 2009.

Second payment 15% due 6 months after signing the contract
