Standard Payment Terms - Includes fixed exchange rate of € 1.4 = £ 1 for a limited time (effective discount of around 10%)

(i) Upon receipt of €8,000 Euros by the developer, they will confirm that the unit specified will be held.

 

(ii) The Reservation fee is refundable in the event the Developer is not fulfilling his contractual obligations. The fee will be held in an escrow account and applied for the sole benefit of Palm View Resort, Boa Vista, Cape Verde. This account may only be accessed through application to the bank from the Vendor’s legal representation.

 

(iii) Contracts will be issued to the mailing address of the purchaser as soon as practical. Same should be signed within 21days of the reservation.

 

(iv) 30% of the purchase price is due upon contract, with 20% being due within 5 months and the final 50% upon completion as stipulated in the aforementioned contract.
