Apartments in a four-star apart hotel in the heart of Fanabe are being offered for sale to investors, that are looking for a property with a guaranteed rental return. The hotel has contracts with all major tour operators which allows them to offer this superb package.

All the apartments are being sold "Freehold" with a rental guarantee of 5% per annum, all purchasers must sign a rental agreement with the hotel for a minimum of 3 years. The hotel will pay the annual rental money at the beginning of each year in full.

All buyers will have 15 days per year own use of their apartment on an "All inclusive" basis. Additionally if you wish to use the hotel for extra weeks purchasers will get a 50% discount from the normal hotel rates.
