The main house comprises three extremely spacious and luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each one with individual special features, such as a spiral staircase access to a superbly designed, dormer-type loft, extra sleeping area, in one case. In the main en-suite bathroom there is a luxurious jacuzzi bath and all fixtures and fittings are to a very high and tasteful specification. The main lounge is expansive, with sky-lights for natural light and a wood-burner fire, for the few nights that should necesitate heating. This leads to a smaller, library-cum TV room, or snug, with wndows out to the beautiful walled gardens.
The conservatory enjoys a particularly tranquil view of one of the lush gardens with very well appointed feartures, such as a covered barbeque area, with an authentic Canarian oven. The large kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with top quality fixtures and fittings.
The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, one bathrooma large open-plan lounge-kitchen-diner. Apart from the beautiful gardens ans surroundings, it boasts of a private sun-bathing area and shares with the double garage and wash-room. There is also a Sauna and other very attractive features, such as the barbeque area and the lovely gazebo, from where some of the mosts gorgeouse sunsets may be apreciated.
