3 bed villa in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria

In Sunneland, Maspalomas is this lovely large three bedroom family House.

As you go into the entrance there is an undercover seating area surrounded with potted flowers etc. This leads to the Drive in Garage area, were a car can be parked in the locked garage and another two in the drive in space.

A solid wooden door takes you into the house with high security locks, and then into the hallway and onto the lounge.

Now there is a wow factor when you walk in, as to the size of the lounge, which is in a T shape and the luxury of its décor.
First off there are sofas and easy chairs displayed around a Fireplace then walking towards the back of the lounge there is a large corner sofa which separates the TV area. Then to the right is the Dinning area which then leads into the kitchen, which is large enough also for a small table and chairs. All the units are of solid wood and all the colouring of this wood is matched and displayed around the house and none so more than the ceiling at the back of the lounge which has been greatly extended by the present owner.
The windows, come sliding doors, which cover the whole back wall of the lounge, approximately 30-40 feet, are from ceiling to floor. They lead outside to a well maintained garden area which is tiled, with raised flower beds that are also tiled in the front to match the terracotta tiles on the floor.
In the middle area is a wooden Gazebo with wooden tables and chairs. To the right are a brick barbeque and an outside shower. The owner has also had all the necessary water connection etc for a Jacuzzi to be installed if wished.
There is a large storage cupboard just outside the kitchen door leading to the stairs and a guest toilet. Also coming off the kitchen is a utility area for washing machines etc.
